I had a fantastic time at JW Marriott in Mumbai. The room had a beautiful ocean view and was spacious enough to feel comfortable. Checking in went smoothly, and the staff greeted me with such warmth. They surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to eggs. The executive lounge was a great perk, offering free cocktails and a relaxing space. However, I noticed the gym equipment had occasional shortages during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, some of the reception staff could use better training on check-in processes, as I waited longer than expected just to confirm my stay detail.

We stayed for 14 nights, and the breakfast buffet was just out of this world, choices galore from all kinds of eggs to delicious fruits like dragon fruit and watermelon chiku. The team at the executive lounge was always smiling and happy to help, really added warmth to our stay.

Sure it wasn’t cheap but still perfectly fine for the experience we had.

our stay at marriott was fantastic! we booked a larger room with executive lounge access, and it was spacious and comfortable with a lovely sea view. the staff really went the extra mile, surprising us with a decorated room and a birthday cake for my husband! we enjoyed refreshing dips in the infinity pool and the free cocktails in the lounge were a nice touch.

Had an amazing time lounging by the infinity pool and enjoying a relaxing massage at the spa. The food was top-notch, especially the breakfast spread with a great variety of options. Just wish the wifi was a bit faster, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 🌟
